I get a restricted page. It tells me that I have already ordered the coupon, but it is my first attempt. What should I do?

The site does not consider the coupon "printed" until you click the "print" button. If you get a restricted page, you will have to go through the same channel again, starting on the page where you first saw the coupon (Facebook, email, etc). Please try updating your browser, clearing your cache and cookie folder and refreshing your page before doing so. If it does not work with the browser you are currently using, please try different ones (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer).
